What you will be doing:
- Work with Development teams on production pipelines and Product Owners to ideate software solutions.
- Design scalable blockchain applications.
- Perform tasks such as writing APIs, scripts, calling APIs and using Docker etc.
- Work closely with other engineers and independently to monitor, maintain and optimise our blockchain projects.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
- Ensure security within applications.
- Write technical documentation.
- Work with community leaders and researchers to improve software.
- Collaborate with third-party clients on bespoke projects they entrust to us.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Proven experience in Blockchain Development.
- Experience developing Web3 applications.
- Knowledge of Golang is a must.
- Knowledge of the Cosmos SDK blockchain framework is a must.
- Knowledge of Rust, Javascript and Soliditiy is a plus.
- Familiarity with Ethereum development environments such as Foundry, Truffle or Hardhat is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Great attention to detail.
- An analytical mind.
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and consensus mechanisms.
- Open-source development experience.
- Experience working in FinTech, DeFi, or traditional financial services.
- Knowledge of various development environments.
- Experienced in other programming languages and tools.
