We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer that is able to develop state of the art user interfaces. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Frontend Developer, you should be comfortable around various frontend coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.
What will you be doing?
- Work with Agile Development teams, Product Owners and Designers to ideate user interfaces
- Design client-side architecture
- Build the frontend of applications through appealing visual design
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Ensure security and data protection within applications
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
The ideal candidate would possess
- Proven experience as a frontend developer or similar role
- Experience developing desktop, web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Stencil.js, React.js, Next.js, Angular)
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g. Puppeteer, Jest, Selenium)
- Excellent (ideally native level) communication skills in English
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- An analytical mind
- Degree in Computer Science or in a relevant field
Nice to Haves
- Previous work experience from the blockchain space / professional touch points with blockchain
- Experience in building dApps
- Open-source development experience
- Experienced in UI/UX Design
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (Java & Python in particular) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. NodeJs)
