Role Overview We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in design and a few years of experience looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- UX Research: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with project goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.
- Iteration: Revise designs based on feedback and usability test results to achieve optimal solutions.
- Consistency: Maintain design system guidelines and ensure brand consistency across products.
