The Role The Blockchain DevOps Engineer will form part of the Staking team. You will be primarily responsible for maintaining our blockchain infrastructure. Our network is ever expanding and automation is key. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in deploying, automating, managing, and optimising our blockchain infrastructure and applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is eager to make significant contributions to the blockchain space and work on cutting-edge technologies. We operate as a remote-friendly organization, embracing a collaborative work culture that accommodates individuals working from various locations. While we value the flexibility of remote work, the selected candidate for this position is preferably based in Malta or willing to relocate.
What will you be doing? · Maintaining internal and external documentation, as required. · Design and implement scalable and secure blockchain infrastructure. · Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for blockchain applications. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop innovative blockchain solutions. · Monitor and maintain blockchain networks and nodes to ensure optimal performance. · Implement and oversee security measures to protect sensitive data. · Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network issues. · Keep abreast of new technologies and methodologies in the blockchain space. · Contribute to system architecture and design decisions. · Develop infrastructure as code scripts for resource provisioning, configuration, and change management. The selected candidate will get on-the-job training to learn about the different blockchain technologies and how nodes are operated.
