AtomOne is a community-driven Cosmos-ecosystem hub optimized for IBC/ICS and decentralized governance. By staking ATONE you help secure its network and gain governance rights over protocol decisions.
ATONE is AtomOne’s native staking and governance token. Delegating ATONE supports consensus, secures the chain and empowers you to vote on protocol upgrades and community-driven DAOs.
To stake ATONE: hold your tokens in a compatible wallet (e.g., Keplr, Cosmostation), connect to the AtomOne network, select a validator, delegate, and start earning staking rewards.
When you undelegate ATONE, there is a 21-day unbonding period during which your tokens remain locked and do not earn rewards.
AtomOne uses ATONE for staking/governance and PHOTON for transaction fees (including IBC/ICS fees). ATONE can be burned to mint PHOTON in a one-way conversion.
There is no protocol-enforced minimum for staking ATONE. You may delegate any amount above your wallet’s fee requirement.
No, staking rewards must be manually claimed and re-delegated if you wish to compound your returns.
Rewards depend on validator performance, total stake on the network, validator commission and inflation parameters. Live APR metrics are available via the staking dashboard.
Yes, AtomOne supports redelegation, allowing you to switch validator delegation without undergoing the full unbonding period.
ATONE was distributed via a snapshot of ATOM-holders at the Cosmos Hub after Proposal 848. 96,997,800 ATONE were allocated to addresses, with additional community and treasury allocations to reach 107,775,332 genesis supply.
AtomOne sets an inflation model targeting ~⅔ of ATONE staked at all times, with inflation adjustable between ~7% to 20% per year to encourage security-focused staking.
Yes, as an ATONE delegator you gain governance rights, can vote on proposals, elect DAO members and influence treasury/resource allocation.
Simply Staking offers a user-friendly non-custodial interface for ATONE staking, but delegators are still responsible for wallet security and validator choice.
You can check the AtomOne explorer for metrics like bonded tokens, unbonding tokens, inflation and APR. For example, 21-day unbonding is referenced on the explorer.
