Now, thanks to the team at LIDO and the capabilities of the latest Pectra Upgrade on Ethereum, we will soon have even greater flexibility in staking, thanks to LIDO V3 stVaults.

What is Mellow?
Mellow offers a liquid vault primitive built around a suite of vault smart contracts, each with a customizable risk profile and managed by curators. These vaults tap into multiple yield sources—restaking rewards, protocol incentives, and traditional DeFi strategies—while mitigating AVS risks through the security and composability of Ethereum and leading restaking providers.
The Simply Staking stVault x Steakhouse
Simply Staking partnered up with Steakhouse Financial, one of the largest and highly reputable curators in the space, to create the ‘Simply Staking Lido v3 Pre-Deposit Vault x Steakhouse’ vault.
Currently, Lido V3 is still in its testnet phase and is not expected to launch until Q3 of this year (2025). Our vault currently allows you to deposit ETH or WETH in return for ssSTETH (Simply Staking stETH). By depositing your ETH, you would be accruing liquid staking rewards as well as Symbiotic and Mellow points.
Please note that strategies are limited due to v3 not being released yet. Once v3 is launched, the vault will automatically be migrated, and then the full customisability of strategies will be unlocked.
When this happens, we are committed to working with steakhouse to bring as much APR to our vault as we can.
How to Deposit into our Vault on Mellow
The process is easy to follow.
The first step in this process is to access the website located at https://app.mellow.finance/vaults. Please always double-check the website’s certificates, as there is a high risk of cloning.
Secondly, on the main Vaults page, search for ‘Simply’ and our Vault will appear in the field, highlighted as shown in the image below. Alternatively, you can directly follow this link:

After finding yourself on our Vault page, you will be presented with some information such as the following:
- Current Vault TVL
- The Vault Description
- The Curator
- The APR of the Vault
- The Receipt token of the Liquid Restaked Asset (in our case ssSTETH)
To deposit into our vault and start earning 2.8% APR, all you need to do is click on the Deposit button, follow the prompts on your wallet to connect to the page, fill in the amount of ETH or wstETH you wish to deposit/stake and hit Deposit once more.
After hitting Deposit and following all the wallet prompts, your page should refresh to reflect the amount deposited into the Vault as highlighted below. By depositing into our Vault, you will be earning 2.8% on your ETH as well as earning Mellow and Symbiotic points.
